    WARM UP
    • 100 x jumping jacks
    • ROM Drills

    WORK CAPACITY: APMRAP 15 minutes
    • 5 x Pull Ups
    • 10 x Push Ups
    • 15 x Body Squats

    STRENGTH: 10, 8, 6, 3, 3
    • Bench Press
    • Weighted GH Sit Ups

    STAMINA
    • 2 mile Run for Time

    DURABILITY
    • 25 x Leg Levers
    • 1 x Max Reps 4 count Flutter Kicks


    PM work out: 4 mile Run (moderate pace)
