    Talking Incline or flat flyes?

    Which one do you use or which is better? Or can i mix them, like week 1: incline flyes then week 2 : flat flyes? thanks in advance guys!

    It's question of what you feel comfortable with not us.

    Personally...I like flat flyes...

    Depending on your chest, if upper is lagging incline, if they'r balanced mix..

    Most likely you should stick with uppers only.

    just want to clear the mixing, do you mean i will do both in one workout incline and flat flyes or the mix that's on my mind which is 1st week incline then 2nd week flat?

    If you'll hit chest once a week do 1st incline and 2nd flat.

    But if you even slightly think your upper chest is lagging do only inclines, you wont regret it.

    I would personally prefer if situtation is what i mentioned above "low to high cable flyes".
    Hits upper chest pretty damn good!

    low incline flies and if you want a great workout, warmup in the incline press, then warmup in the fly. Do one set to failure in the fly and with little or no rest, do incline presses to failure.
