    he trains for strength and numbers, not form and hypertrophy.

    look at his PRs and look at any powerlifting videos, they compromise themselves so they can decrease ROM and lift heaver.

    and the whole fcuking around on the squat rack video wakes me hope i never see him in my gym. the last time someone was goofing around in the gym, i accidentally hit him in the face with the arm of a fly machine as he was running in and out of the equipment with his friend. smashed his nose. wasnt done on purpose, but thats what happens when people mess around in the gym, someone gets hurt

    He is good at pulling stuff with a rounded back and I'm glad I don't train around him because he's the kind of guy that screams and acts like a baboon in the gym.

    I would like to see how strong he is under strict powerlifting rules with good form, ie. no bouncing off the chest on the bench etc.
