reminds me of this asian dude in my gym, always wears his scrubs, doesnt look like hes touched a weight in his LIFE, but he can sure as fuk bounce press 315x2 with similar form to that

whys it matter if he pelvic thrusts? thats him using his lower back, the benchpress is also a compound movement, if youre not a bodybuilder or have hypertrophy as your #1 objective theres no reason to not pick up your ass to help your benchpress.

For the people talking about form - he does that on purpose. When he makes lifting videos he usually just messes around. He has amazing strength (had much more a year or 2 ago) and athleticism
