Smile Dymatize Elite Whey vs. Gaspari Myofusion vs. Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey

Out of the three, which one have you guys found... (in order of [best, in between, worst])
    1) tastes the best?
    2) feels like it gives better results?
    3) better nutrition profile?

I'm considering buying one of the three proteins, preferably a 5lbs tub, and would absolutely love it if you guys could give me some of your opinions, preferences, comments on the three, etc., etc.

    Thanks guys,
    Marcus

well myofusion is good once in awhile but if you go through protein like me that would be overkill on the vitamin A which shortens life expectency

ON whey is ok, they try to sneak ion exchange whey in there on you though

dymatize I didnt really like in the past but I havnt tried them since they started using Ajinomoto aminos

so my answer is XF Ultra Peptide Whey

Xtreme Formulations, Gaspari Myofusion, Labrada, Betancourt, Nimbus, TruNutrition. You should never need to buy any protein outside of those companies save a rare protein here or there.

Many people will say "ON rocks!", etc. But very few people saying that have tried much else. Polls like this are mostly asking "which protein have you tried?". If you sat people down with three unlabeled samples, one each from dymatize, gaspari, and ON... you'd be lucky to see more than 1/10 pick either ON or dymatize. The difference is shocking when you sip them side by side.

Perhaps it's sad, but I can actually pick out dymatize protein and ON protein from their after-taste / chemical taste. They are very distinct across almost the entire line of both their proteins. To their credit, Dymatize's new Fusion 7 is actually very good... hopefully they reformulate their older proteins to bring them up to par.

That's actually a good point. I'm not so sure about shortening life expectancy... but the Vit-A content of Myofusion is really the only gripe I have with it. I wish they'd dump the cheap vitamins out of the formulation. Too much pre-formed Vit-A can potentially lead to bone health issues later in life, at the very least.

My opinios for these are the next:

Elite: decent taste, excellent price good profile, decent texture

ON: Good profile, taste is not that sweet as elite, price is a bit higher you have over 15 flavors to pick.

Myofusion: This is the best tasting protein ive ever taken on my supplements life, texture is thick and i liked it too much. the price is $40 per 60 servings or so.

I didnt type any stuff over results, i think results are given for your diet or routine, these just help you to reach your protein intake.

For the price Id go elite
    For the taste myo

Over all I would pick ON I hope this help you.

ON and Myofusion are a tossup for me.

Dymatize has the worst taste by far. Last place for sure.

over doing anything is most likely bad for you

even anti oxidants can become pro oxidants if you take too much of a single one

hell even too much water can cause an electrolyte inbalance

Completely true about the carotenoids. I wish more companies would replace their preformed A with at LEAST beta-carotene if not mixed carotenoids.

Same goes for Vit-E. Mixed tocopherols and tocotrienols... particular gamma. Rather than just d-alpha-tocopherol which can actually hinder absorption of the more useful gamma.

I'm less picky about the B vits, though it'd be nice if they used the co-enzyme forms.

It's rare to see someone actually discussing the benefits or potential downsides of particular vitamin/mineral forms around here. Refreshing Peter and Neopragmatist are usually two of the only ones doing so, but they've been doing so less lately.
