    Waking up late...

    I am curious how the body responds to waking up later in the day. I woke up at 4pm today and had a couple meals and by 7 I was in the gym. Now how should I go about the rest of the evening if I am trying to get in my 3000C? Should I just stay with it and don't worry about the carbs, or should I find a different way to get in the rest of my cals? I am not sure how the body responds to carbs in the evening if you have only been up for 4 hours.
