I spent Christmas eve in the hospital and came out the 31st. Everyday I was taken blood for tests. I know that plasma recovers very fast but it takes time for red blood cell count to come back to normal.
I have track next week and want to be strong, how can I restore my red blood cell count in one week? Thanks.

Sleep at altitude. That's the only legal way to increase your red blood cell count that I know of that works. Well, and IRON - eat lots of red meat!

Realize that anyone with an affiliation to a supplement company in their signature has ulterior motives when making recommendations. They're primarily concerned with pushing their products. Not your safety or what's best for you.
