I typically use my off days to lay around & do nothing. Other than work on homework, catch some sports, & play Xbox. I usually treat myself to something I normally wouldnt eat. But I was wondering if anyone else always feels like they should be lifting everyday? Even though its not good for you.

Even though its the right thing, who feels lazy on their "off" days?
My goal is to get as big as possible while weighing under 200lbs.

completely. but this is where we train the logic portion of our brain to overcome the obsessive portion of our brain. If that doesn't work there's always light cardio haha

I can relate working out is like drinking water to me, I NEED it every day or ill die O_o.
Its the only thing I look forward to every day when I wake up... I put working out before pretty much everything, Id workout on fridays and saturdays and skip out on parties and such just because I wouldnt enjoy the night knowing I didn't lift :*/
My obsession is other peoples torture lol
