    Ummm lately I've been squatting like 230x8,6,6

    It's tough though. I can barely do them. Sometimes the last 6 reps might be just 4.

    Yea I just started ever. Been like a week and I'm doing bout 205 for 12 reps w/ 4 sets. I'm just trying to see how far behind I am. I just joined a gym so thats the reason I haven't been doing them was because I couldn't at my house.

    Make sure you're hitting true depth. Most beginners don't go parallel like they're supposed to

    i weigh around 165 and squat 455 without suit or wraps.
    in my workout i rep 315 10 times for 4 sets one week, then the next week add around 110-15lbs and drop to 8 reps, and continue to add weight and drop reps until im at about 85% of my max with reps of 3-4 or so.
