Was just reading a pretty recent Q&A with Dave Tate. He says pin press lockout work generally has very little carry over in relation to board presses etc. since (as if you've ever done pin presses you'd notice) the groove of the push is very different. Is there any way of doing lockout work ALONE besides pin presses, or should I just switched to floor press with DBs (the power rack i use doesn't go low enough for BB work)?

Floor presses are solid. I would recommend those along with some board work and you should be set for a little while.
"Clit stimulation if your fingers are dry is not a good idea. The clit is more sensitive than the underside of a guy's penis, apparently.
Good rule of thumb: make sure you're fingers aren't dry before they go anywhere NEAR her clit/pussy.
Also, besides myself, maybe 2-3 of you have actually done anything like this before..."
