Mine are probably very different from what most people will think:
Upper: Chin/Pullups: they both work the whole arm, I feel some shoulder activation, they do the whole back, etc.
Lower: Deadlift: Somehow, I feel like my lower body hurts a helluva lot more from deadlifts than squats, plus they hit the lower back/hips harder imo.
