    Unhappy please help

    hello everyone,
    my stats are 5'9" 182 19.5 bf.
I'm currently deployed and i am not really able to choose what or when i eat. I want to cut fat and tone my shape. I am not very good with nutrition but i try to keep calories and carbs low. But i just don't know what to do. I've looked at a couple different nutrition charts and can't really hold to them with my schedule. Can anyone help with a simple nutrition guideline.

1.) Make sure you get enough protien and some fats 2.) FIgure out what your body is doing now and adjust intake. If you are maintaining or gaining weight eat less, if you are already losing weight then keep doing what your doing and adjust when it slows.

Thank you. What types of meats and whatnot are a good choice for the little fat your talking about. I was told chicken and tuna. Is that a good choice.
