    Okay to do cardio everyday?

Need to lose a few pounds and I don't think what I'm doing now is sufficient... as far as strength gains, that has been going smoothly, but I want to also lose weight and after I'm doing with strength training, I do a 10-15 minue intense cardio workout that really gets my heart beat going and sweaty...

I want an effective cardio routine and I want to know if I can do it everyday...

as far as cardio goes, this is what I'm doing so far:

    20 bodyweight squats
    12 lunges, each leg
    50 Jumping jacks

for 3 sets... with little to no rest...

When I start the 2nd set, I reduce the number of repetitions by a little bit, is that a good idea or should I keep it steady?

I'd like my cardio to go on a little longer, so what's another 1 or 20 excercises I can add?

I recommend HIIT training (High Intensity Interval Training)

You run for 30 seconds (Approx 90% of max BMP) Then jog for 30 seconds (Approx 70% of max BMP). You repeat this for about 7-10 minutes.

Scientifically proven as being one of the best cardio methods and as its sprint, jog, sprint etc it isnt tedious

I'll find the link and post it in a second.

    Hope i helped.

HIIT is out of the question. Not only do I not feel I'm up for it just yet, but it is way too freaking cold out now.

I just want to know if I can perform iintense cardio everyday, and I'd like to know a few other excercises to add to my at home cardio workout

Yes, you can. I do 45 minutes to an hour cardio every day easy. More on designated cardio days.

Skipping is good if you have a high roof.
Shadow boxing is also very good.

Doing a light weight for power cleans and performing as many as you can in a minute is another option (powerlifter friend told me about it).
