Absolutely!
But at least in most gyms you have a choice, when you're limited by what's on the street, much less choice.
Don't get me wrong, they have done amazing stuff, to take what little they have and build as they have is fantastic.
"If only I could get the right equipment, routine and supps..."
... is what many of us say we need before we can start working out and getting results.
So you might think that in poor parts of the world, there'd be no gyms or well-built or strong people.
Wrong.
"Matopeni (aka "Mad") gym is a hardcore local club in Kenya, located four kilometres from Eldoret town at Mailo Inne estates. Unlike most of other local gyms in the Afican continent where the training equipments are made with used iron, mainly from vehicles broken spare parts, all the weights used at Matopeni gym were locally made using only sand, stones, soil and iron bars."Is this place unique? Nope.
And then another one.
Seem to be a lot of old wheel rims in there. I doubt they even have a scale.
"How much can you squat?"
"Wheel #1, #2 and #3 all together."
I'll bet my deadlift in pounds to dollars they don't have protein powder, creatine or alpha-hydroxy cut, either.
Okay, none of them will go on to win Mr Olympia. But then neither will most of us. We'll just get healthier, stronger, fitter, more flexible and better-looking than we were before. Except we'll spend a lot more money to do it, and convince ourselves most of that spending was necessary

why are people so fascinated by that particular video anyways? my guess is the title...
IMHO there are plenty of other/better videos of it's kind.
try searching anything with the Bartendaz, Calisthenics Kingz, Harlem Seals, Hannibal, Highlandaz etc.
oh yeah and repz to Kyle, that s**tz tight son!"I'm Mr. Beast, the big bad Fenris wolf, I'm The-End-of-the-World-Man, wearing the flesh of fallen angels!" - Jack Lupino
