Honestly, I lied, you're kids aren't getting a damn thing. You think $2200 is going to them? Your wife is actually getting $4000 in spousal support.
The only good thing i see is that you don't live in massachusetts. Mass courts will show you the real meaning of child support.

The child support I dont mind. And the spousal support Im a bit iffy... As long as she continues to pay the mortgage and buy food for my kids, i really dont care. Alimony will probably be thrown out the window in court. She has a degree she could use for work, that i payed for.
And the house will be sold and all monies split....
I have decent representation, im not too scared....

So lemme get this straight..
You are a 22 year old guy that makes 115k+ and has kid(s), wife left you because she knew she was gonna be able to live offa you for the next 18 years? What is it you do for a living. It's pretty damn uncommon for a 22yo to be making over 100k a year.ϟ CHARGERS CREW ϟ

WTF. I thought a stay-at-home-mom, stays at home and takes care of the kids. lolololololol. Be glad you're done with that bitch.
Idle minds do the devil's work. You get someone sitting on their ass all day, they're bound to cook up and rue some terrible shiiit in their head. Next time finda bitch with a career, or at least a plan.

That sucks brah. Spousal support is bull ****. You know you can get an attorney to draw up a written statement that shows what kind of money she could earn with everyday ordinary skills. Even a stay at home mom can earn $30k a year (on paper in a court of law). Look into that and eliminate as much of that spousal support crap as possible.
Edit: Just read your previous post on the topic. Still sucks all the way around.Last edited by SpikedDiesel; 12-30-2009 at 08:05 AM.

lol same. My ex pushed so hard for me to find a ring. Then "I was a different person." We fight and break up. 4 days later i see her out with another man. long story short she's with him now and i honestly feel bad for him.
I'm so glad I never married her or had a kid with her. My life would have been ruined

Yeah she just doesnt feel like she needs to... YET I have credit card statements, and bank statements that show i paid for her classes and certifications. My lawyer is going for reimbursement. Doesnt think he'll get it, but he said that if we shoot for the stars we'll get the moon. So at least theyll drop the alimony.
