    I'v seen some real good and solid results with just drinking a gatorade postwork with creatine and protein shake. 1 gatorade has 34g carbs and 34g sugar.

    dex,malto, and wms all work fine for carbs, but since you asked what the best was...it's have to be pure vitargo or karbolyn, but there are major price differences between karbolyn and dextrose/wms/malto.

    i am still a fan of raw ground oats.

    if you are going to use gatorade, i suggest getting the powder over the bottles. The powder is cheaper and doesnt have hfcs in it.

    OP you're going to get mixed responses. Truth is use what you find works for you. Compare recovery time, fullness, bloating, weight (especially fat) gain. Compare all these factors between the different products and solid foods out there.

    Some people love whole food others love WMS, Dext, and Malto. Go with the product that gives you faster recovery, a more full look without the bloating, and see which one helps put weight on with minimal fat.

    Dextrose is better for you than Gatorade. Stay away from HFCS and sucrose (table sugar), it's metabolized in the liver differently than glucose (dextrose).
