    Losing BF%?

    How can i lose bf% without losing weight. I want to cut but i will lose weight. So is there a diet or something that i can do...or is it impossible

    Losing fat without weight is called recomping. There is information in that thread about how to do that. Basically, just eat sufficient protein, lift weights and manage your weight changes.

    Clean bulk, eat a lot, but of only healthy foods, go organic and as healthy as possible. Stay away from eating a lot of fruit a day though because that will spike your insulin level and cause fat storage. Also incorporate cardio into your schedule.

    Clean bulk, then cut. Your going to have to lose weight eventually if you want to shed fat. However you can clean bulk and add muscle, which will make you appear leaner.
