    Unhappy Achey Cramping FEET

I can't run, can't jump, can't stand and stretch- so what can I do? Lay and lift, sit and hit cables, cycles and anything that doesn't hit my ARCHES. Any IDEAS ??

What kind of shoes are you wearing? How old are they? Have you ever been to a shoe store that specializes in running? They measure everything and sell you the proper fitting shoe, or have a pair made specifically for you...

Get a lacross or tennis ball... or a wood round dowel and roll out your plantar fascia.

Extremely tight fascia makes everything cramp up and hurts.

Also, do some deep tissue massage into your own foot AND stretch out your calves thoroughly.

These three things should help immensely, and most likely fix the problem.

    Also, read this link:

It seems to be down right now so... it should come back up within a couple hours or so.
