    Finger tip Pushups-an old fave!!

In kung-fu we do fingertip push ups often and I find it has alot of benefits.

Good forearm workout, and there good for helping gain strenth in your hands/wrists for Deadlifts, etc.Has helped my grip faiure go alot further..

Also we somehow forget the muscles in our hands/lower forearms. Are hands are what make our world move so it takes a tight, tough grip!!haha that's my analogy

There tough at first, but after a while it really gets easy to the point of 50+ reps ,like regular push ups.

But Im curious if anyone else does them.If not I suggest em, as part of any routine.
    win win.

    Hoooowa!!

i dont do them.kind of scary.i always am scared of hand injuries as i over use my hands.
however i have enjoyed knuckle push ups in the past i like the straight wrists.
Eat for what you are about to do, not for what you have already done.

if i don't know how to cut ,why would i be bold enough to bulk?

'Failure' isn't a requirement for growth, but progression is.
