Russell Stover has a collection of candies made with Splenda.

My favorite is the Toffee Squares covered in chocolate.

Caveat: 1 serving is 3 squares. 3 squares are 25g of carbs, 24g being sugar alcohols. SA's affecct some people's losses so you'd have to figure out if that's you or not. I can eat SA's without a problem so I only count them as 1g for every 3.

WOW... there is nothing wrong with splenda... In some people it can stall progress cause of the maltodextrin.. and arent completely calorie free.. usually have almost 1 calorie per pack.

if your refering to the study posted that splenda was bad.. by killing the gut bacteria we need that aid in digestion.. That study was done by the sugar industry and used an insane amout of splenda as a starting point (one where they starting seing what they wanted) and just increased the dose from there..

starting point was 1000 packets of splenda in one sitting. on a rat....no wonder there was a problem there...lol.. do the math.. if a rat weighs 7 pounds and ate 500 packs of splenda how much for a Man weighing 180 lbs... ( lol....12,857 packs of splenda.. holy hell )

    Splendia is aspartame.
Splendia was originally made from a pesticide.
If you google splendia dangers you'll get a bunch of info.
I'll stick with Stevia or Xylitol as a sweetner.

Splenda is not aspertame.. splenda is sucralose.. Made by adding a chlorine molecule to sucrose.....yes....when trying to make a pesticide.. but a lot of medicines we take on a daily basis started in a simular way...

Aspertame itself has been proven safe. time and time again.. only INSANE AMOUNTS have shown to be a health problem.. then again can you name anything that isnt bad is mass quantities?

Stevia ( i am a fan by the way ) has actually shown more problems then splenda and aspertame combined.. but is natural.. go figure

Not by adding but by replacing two or three H-O2 groups with Cl, but good point on them all.

Damn, my sister is right.. I need to vary my keto diet up. Lol, I did it for over 3 months and I ate the same stuff every day..

It all sounds so good, I'm going to try it tonight, thanks!

Yea, to the OP.. How can you hate all of those things? I really don't know.. I had some suggestions, but it includes all of those ingredients. I made some bars I found on some site.. its just heavy whipping cream, whey and pb.. pretty damn good.

Well the water was ok. Most whey manufactured is complete nutritional garbarge. Peanut Butter is phytoestrogenic. Cream cheese pasturized junk. Splenda is not my choice of sweetner. I thanked him for replying respectfully.
Distraction is an obstruction for the construction.

“The Korova milkbar sold milk-plus, milk plus vellocet or synthemesc or drencrom, which is what we were drinking. This would sharpen you up and make you ready for a bit of the old ultraviolence.”

    Kakarot!

I suggest you be a little less strident with your opinions. Its not that I'm disagreeing with you, But usually people who post here back up their assertions with some type of facts/studies/etc. That way an objective discussion can take place, rather than name calling, subjective demonization, etc....Many people who think they know "absolute truth" are merely indoctrinated into a faith-based philosophy that instills subjective morality...
I'll take arrogance and the inevitable hubris over self-doubt and lack of confidence, anyday.......
