For you guys who have done it and came off, did you gain a lot of the weight back? What kind of diet did you stick to after Keto?

most go a on a regular 3 macro diet after and just gain about 4-6 pounds of water mostly.

its not like your going to gain all the fat back you lost as long as you stay at main. calories.

I lost 25 pounds over 6 months. I then went to just a "watch what I eat" diet and still tried to limit carbs. I gained 7 pounds back. I have been back on Keto for a week now and have lost 4 of those 7 pounds which was just water weight.

I gained about 14 lbs back from my lowest point (206).

My measurements stayed the same though.. had a 38 waist consistently between that weight gain.

I believe however some of it was fat gain too because I didn't really watch my diet after keto, I was "bulking"..

150lbs, on the 'too busy with life to watch what I eat' diet. Don't try that diet, it doesn't work.
I've gained and lost over 100lbs more times than any man alive should. Do as I say and not as I do.
