    flex annoys me though here... he has to provide assistance on nearly every rep stan does! and then that middle aged dude comes along to help as well on the smith machine upright row.

    Yeah i think its because like Stan said, they are doing 13-16 sets of 20 reps... thats huge ! lol And he fatigues super quick due to training in the 1-3 rep range..
