great info. my calfs are decent size but i need to cut down on the BF for them to really POP!

Very useful, it just taught me a bit about calves That's where I need to pump size, the strength is in, the size is not, definition is half there. But this is useful so i'm targetting the right muscles/better muscles and have a better idea what those muscles will do in respects to transforming my calves. +Rep points for you.
