    great info. my calfs are decent size but i need to cut down on the BF for them to really POP!

    Just measured tonight. Up to 18.5 inch calves now. All natural too. Might even be about 19 pumped. Couldnt believe it when i measured them. Im doing some insane calve workouts and track workouts though so yah.

    Thanks for the post, mostly found the "Tibialis Anterior training with dumbbell" video is going to be really helpful as my gym doesn't have any leg lifting machines at all.

    Very useful, it just taught me a bit about calves That's where I need to pump size, the strength is in, the size is not, definition is half there. But this is useful so i'm targetting the right muscles/better muscles and have a better idea what those muscles will do in respects to transforming my calves. +Rep points for you.
