i see people who state they are taking "50 grams" or "100 grams" of protein in one meal
can't your body only digest a certain amount at a time?
surly if one were to consume 100 or even 200g of protein they don't digest all of it?!

i think the common statement "blah blah your body can only absorb 60g of protein an hour" could possibly be correct, but the 1st thing a person does when they see this statement is conclude that if you eat anymore than 60g your body will not absorb the rest of the protein, which even in the statement above is never mentioned.
so eating 90g of protein in one sitting, your body might be able to only digest 60g of that in one hour, but it will continue to digest it after the hour?
kinda like a car using gas, give me 20 bucks of gas, i waste 10 bucks an hour, doesn't mean i won't be able to use the full 20 if i keep driving no?
The body may possibly slow down digestion to allow it to fully absorb everything.
