Get a salt 1 serrated for around house/yard work
I'm not a fan or serrations on anything else, but it is hardened to RC 67 or so, which is nuts. They're razor sharp, stay razor sharp, and pretty much make quick work of everything..
*edit moras are an amazing knives for the price. I have them literally all over the house, rofl.PHILLIES/EAGLES CREW

Alright, so Operation Collection Reduction is well under way.
The Mini Ritter Grip I bought 14 months ago sold this weekend for $18 more than I paid for it.
The 470 Emissary I bought used 2 weeks ago sold for $34.50 more than I paid for it.
The 585 Mini Barrage sold for $31.62 more than I paid for it a few months ago.
I won't say knives are an investment, but with good listing pictures they certainly hold their value.
Now what to buy..... decisions, decisions.

First knife I made around a year and a half ago. The blade is steel from a landscaping stake, handle from a cheap cutting board. Very rough I know but always wanted to make a knife.

those look pretty affordable for kitchen swords. good quality? seems sketchy the way they are described as 'clad' but i know very little about kitchen knives. I'd like to get one of those big boys from cut brooklyn after I watched their videos but my current knives do the trick for now.
