oh. I said in that post that it was an old picture. And I never claimed to have a good physique; I'm extremely critical of myself as well. I never meant that comment to be malicious, it was just bad choice of words. Guys who have small frames with good muscularity generally don't look near as good clothed as they do without clothes. On the other hand, guys with big frames can look jacked with clothes on even if they aren't.

That's an excellent build, in my opinion, irrespective of bodyweight.
The responses above are quite entertaining. The truth is, I may be a little shorter, a little fatter, arms smaller or bigger, or 10 pounds in either direction on the scale. My bones may be heavy or light; I very well may wear a medium shirt on occasion. I honestly don't know, as I don't keep close track of these things. I know precisely how much I sumo, though. It occurs to me that if you've spent any time in lifting forums, you'll find that members have vastly different goals, none superior to the other. I, personally, happen to care most about strength; aesthetics are probably a remote second. This should explain why I like chains and why I'm often injured. If I liked being 30 pounds heavier, I'd be 30 pounds heavier. I've never taken steroids but if I wanted to take them, I wouldn't hesitate. I'm not self-righteous enough to sit in judgment of people who incorporate anabolics into their regimen. It's simply a personal choice.
You may very well find that if you approach your training as an exercise in personal development, rather than one of image development, you might experience gains you never anticipated. Or you can just belittle and criticize others. That, too, is a personal choice. Either way, it's lulz abound.
I do sincerely appreciate the comments. Some of them might even energize my training. Thanks!Al Movement

Same, but we'd hate to lose the little definition we have.
But yeah man, I need to set asside females for like 4 months, and eat up so I cna crush these plateaus!
I hate lifting the same weight for 3 weeks straight, wish I could progress quicker on the lifts while staying lean.
I do it, but slow lift progress now.Add me on INSTAGRAM: @JadVegas
