    Softball workout routine

Alright, I talked this girl into going to her softball pre-season workouts. She doesn't need it, but I told her it would help her and put her ahead of others.

Yet she just did her first day, told me she bench pressed and did a "shoulder thing."

Apparently the supervisers at the school gym have no assigned workout or routine for the athletes there to follow. Pretty much they just do their own thing, whatever they feel like.

If that's the case, I want the best for her and for her to actually get something done instead of bench pressing 60lbs and doing "shoulder things."

What do softball players need strength in? Like workouts with weights for example.

I've got the leg stuff down. Would need to be explosiveness and quick, I have that part down.

But what to do for her upper body? (excluding abs/core)
