what do you guys think they are?
for me, its gotta be back (most specifically lower back) and legs. thankfully, i have a nice set of wheels and a really strong lower back. it's really helped my jumping ability and overall agility and coordination.

By far, the core. Your posture and consequently entire body mechanics stems from your core's strength, including your balance, reactive abilities, agility, speed, etc. Any good athletic trainer will always emphasize core training in each and every workout. It's the best way to avoid the majority of injuries as well.
