So I recently decided to try and build definition and separation in the quad group rather than huge bulk.
So I looked up articles and did some research and designed a new workout.
What do you think?
Dumbbell Step Ups
Leg Extension ( lying down/Flat bench)
Leg Press
Calf Press
Sissy Squat on hack squat machine
Frog stance hack squat
Basically do the 3 sets 8-10 rep range.
So is this workout adequate? Is there any movements or exercises I really should be doing?

I like doing unsupported single leg squats aka pistol squats. Try to do "3 sets 8-10 range". Your legs will be fried.
