So the other day I did an insane chest workout with one of my buddies.
We did flat barbell bench 10-8-6
and incline- 4X10 and in between sets we did flys
you get the picture, it was a very intense workout.
not to mention i was already jacked up on 3 scoops of SuperPump250 and he had taken 2 scoops of Jack3d.
but then came the soreness. My whole chest, every inch of it, was sore for 6 days. Like deathly sore, it hurt to touch or move it.
What a great workout.
