Please fix my form.. The weight I am handling on the video is heavy to me so my elbows dropped a little. Besides that, is there anything I should be worried about? Thanks...

Looks okay, but you're trying to handle too much weight too soon. Your second rep in this vid should have been about your 10th.
Try cutting the load back to where you can get 3 good sets of 8 reps each (after warmups), and then work each week to progress the weight to 10 reps across the 3 sets. When you can lift for reps-across with good form, add enough weight to the bar to bust you back down to 8 reps, and then work to progress the new load back up to 10-across.
You've got a good start; just take it slow, and build up the load gradually while always maintaining good form.No brain, no gain.
