    front squat form check

Please fix my form.. The weight I am handling on the video is heavy to me so my elbows dropped a little. Besides that, is there anything I should be worried about? Thanks...

Elbows need to be much higher and the weight racked further back into the wrists (assuming you are doing it Oly style). Your torso should be perfectly upright on front squats, with no lean forward. Reduce the weight until you get the form correct.

When you can lift for reps-across with good form, add enough weight to the bar to bust you back down to 8 reps, and then work to progress the new load back up to 10-across.

You've got a good start; just take it slow, and build up the load gradually while always maintaining good form.
