Hey guys, I'm 15years old, been training seriously for past 6months. I'm currently taking pure egg white powder twice a day, in which i get 36g of protein each scoop. I take this immediatly post workout and 2/4 hours post workout. Aswell as this i am looking to buy a good flavoured creatine to have at other times, i am expecting to buy Bsn's cellmass and drink it throughout and before bed.
could you guys tell me the best times to drink my egg white, whether cellmass is any good and when i should drink it when bought. Thanks for you time.

Whey protein is more effective post workout than egg protein, FYI.
CellMass is very expensive. It will work, but so will cheaper products. Green Mag, SizeON, Storm will all work just as well. Or you could go with the cheapest product that's been proven in all the studies to work, Creatine Monohydrate. No flavor at all, can drink it in a few ounces of water or in your protein shake. 500g = $12 or so which is 100 servings, 5g/day.
You don't need to take cellmass or any other creatine product more than once a day.Latest Reviews:

cheers lads for replys and advice, I've had good results from my egg white powder, so i don't think i'll be changing my source of protein atm as i can't afford a whey. why i get the egg white free, i thought instead of buying what i already have i can use a creatine. I no cellmass is expensive but your paying for qaulity ain't you ? Anyway, im gonna do a cycle of cellmass see how it goes then try some other stuff after, see which my body reacts best with.
Thanks again.

ta mate, i've tried monohydrate, it doesn't go down well Lol. And over here in the UK sizeON is more expensive than cellmass, and there is no where locally where they sell the other ones, e.g, Green Mag and Storm.
Just a question, from your personal experience which is the best creatine you have used ?
just a question is Cell-tech good ?

You're paying for advertising more than anything else... the "paying for quality" line will likely have people howling with laughter Never ever believe that more expensive = better.
The Cell Mass will work, Cell Tech will work, etc... they should all work. Will the more expensive products work better than the cheaper ones? Not necessarily. Everyone responds to different products in different ways. But don't assume price = quality. If they are all similar in price where you are and you can't purchase online then pick one and try it and try a diff one next time, etc.Latest Reviews:

General opinion, which I'd agree with, is that cellmass and cell-tech are WAY over-rated and the higher price doesn't translate to higher quality. Cellmass is a good seller because it tastes good, like most BSN products.
What other creatine products can you get local? Honestly I'd get a decent tasting whey protein or blend and mix some creatine mono in with it. Take it with you post workout shake.
Honestly saying you can't afford whey but you're looking at cellmass or celltech shows you have money, you just don't feel whey is worth it, but frankly if you don't have the protein requirements, I don't care how cool your creatine is, you're not going to grow.
If you really want to go the flavored route, look for green mag. Can be picked up easy in the UK. Find your local places and give them a call. Worst case, there are some awesome UK based online sup stores.
