Strength WOD:
315 deallifts 3 reps, 5 push-ups. 4 rounds. Finishing time 1:57
WOD
15 Kettlebell swings (53lb kettlebell), 5 burpees, 15 Toes to bar. 4 rounds. Finishing time: 9:58

i like the way those crossfit workouts are. even tho i have only dropped 5 pounds in the last 7 wks, i am increasing my calories to 2500 to 3000 a day. i was eating about 1500 a day at my guestimation. i dont want to keep track of calories, but i am going to. my gf noticed my waist was smaller today. so i know im burnin fat. and in the first wk of august i will weigh again.

That sounds good man! Stick to 3,000 for a while. Only decrease your calories once you plateau.

Fridays workout:
Snatch Balance work
WOD:
155lb bench press 10 reps
155lb Hang Clean 10 reps
100m Sprint
5 rounds.
Completely drained. Watched Batman at midnight Friday Night so I missed Saturday mornings workout. No biggie. Rested and relaxed all weekend. Back to training tonight though! Kayaking Saturday morning! Hopefully I will post some pics sometime this weekend Have a great one guys. Stay focused!
