Yeah I think I'll do it too.
Tomorrow will be a long day as I'll be yard sale hunting.
I have 4 sandwhiches ready for breakfast and lunch. I'll have dinner out so it'll be a high calorie day.
On the other hand, I've taken 2200 kcals today. And I'm really hungry rite now, should I eat? I'm hungry not that I just want to it for the heck of it. I have the hunger breath/taste as well.
EDIT: I ate two sandwhiches....and I'm still hungryLast edited by izaktj; 03-13-2010 at 02:01 AM.

@Izak thanks for the advice might just do that
Lucky for me I work closing shifts at my job on weekends. We aren't allowed to eat and I usually bring a home meal for my break. I have my casein shake soon as I get home to curb any cravings.~Sh!tty Chest Crew~

No probs mate.
I'm finally back at 240lbs!
By next week I should be 237lbs.
I'll stick to 2500kcals untill I get to 230
I'm interested in getting casein too for night, does it help with the cravings then?Last edited by izaktj; 03-13-2010 at 03:24 PM.

I might not be using enough but I did 1/2 scoop whey and 1/2 scoop casein in a cup of milk and was hungry not even 20 minutes later. Made me hungry actually. Maybe should have used a bit more since its only like 150 cals for the total and then maybe 100 more for milk.

I see. Which ones are you using? Maybe yeah you should have added something else, like oats or something. I wouldn't know I've never tried casein, but I'm planning on getting the ON performance stack (whey, casein, multi)
Damn that sucks man, to me what screwed me up was pretty much letting other people step in my way. I should have been stronger, but now I moved and doing progress."Strength does not come from winning. Your struggles develop your strengths. Didn't know. I've been doing GNC like 6+ months on gold card days spending at least 200 every month thinking I was saving loads. I think I'll just stick with bb.com and that way I can support the site as well. Man I've been having trouble with some binges lately. Like 3 in just this week. Think I had 5-6 thousand calories today.

Ok guys thought I'd give you an update on a few things.
Broke up with my girl 2 weeks ago. We we're together for 8.5 years but we've been in a downward spiral for the last 2 years. Funny since I started losing weight.
It hasn't affected me in one bit (goal wise). Nor will I let it. Things are better than ever. It took some getting used to, the loneliness primarily but all in all its been for the best. I see nothing standing in my way now. I now look forward to each new day like never before.
That is all.
oh this is where I'm at this morning

I have a big sweet tooth, I admit it and I love eating sweets. It makes me happy.
But this morning I weight in at 235.4 lbs and no candy, cake, or food in the world ever made me feel as good as I felt this morning.
I'VE LOST 100 LBS Y'ALL
I wanted to wait till Sunday at weight to make sure and just in case I cheat... but damn it I could not hold it in anymore and the heck with cheating. To motivated now to stopMy journal:

Wow man, 100 lb mark! I've been coasting along that borderline and still got a few lbs to go till I reach mine. Been a little demotivated, but its out of my system now.

i've done boxing/mma for years, the best cardio workout you can get with a bag IMO is interval just straight punching, similar to this video i'll link to, just always watch your form, start nice and slow and work your way up http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_NikUrrODFk good luck with the heavy bag I have one and use it for my cardio 2-3 days a week and hit a treadmill 1-2 times as well.
