    When To Take Hydroxycut Hardcore in AM

    I'm trying a cutting cycle to lose 30 pounds in 15 weeks (I read 2 pounds a week about the most you can do safely) and I'm on a keto type diet with green veggies as my main source of carbs along with yams brown rice etc. I also take in approx 40-50g protein every 3 hours because I'm trying to maintain what I gained last semester on my bulking cycle.

    I bought Hydoxycut Hardcore for this cycle based on my friend's advice and reading around the forum and other review sites. I have taken lots of other weight loss supps before - regular Hydroxycut, Xenedrine, Zantrex, Stacker 3, and an ECA stack. I was super fat in high school at over 360 pounds (thats the highest the scale went lol) and I got myself down to 255 before I started lifting. Now I'm up to 275 (i'm 6 foot 8) and want to get in good shape for summer.

    I have 1 scoops ON 100% Whey when i wake up at 8, then lift at 9am for an hour while sipping a BCAA mix, then do 20 mins cardio right after, then have 2 more scoops of ON whey. I'm not quite sure when I should be taking my 2 servings of HH...

    When I was taking those other supps I wasnt on a healthy weight loss plan, I basically just would take pills 30 mins before breakfast (nutragrain bar), then 30 mins before lunch (another nutragrain bar). Yeah I know, horrible way to lose weight but this was before I got into lifting.

    So should I take HH first thing when I wake up at 8, then take my pre-workout whey shake at 830, then lift at 9? Or opposite, wake and drink a shake at 8, and then HH 830 then lift at 9?

    i know that youre supposed to take it 30-60 mins before food as it says on the bottle, but does that still apply after you've been sleeping for 8 hours? i take casein before bed
