1 cup of Unsweetened Almond Milk/or Calorie Countdown FF Milk
1 scoop PB Choco Casein
.5 scoop Whey
ice
Vanilla extract
Maybe some WF Calorie free choco syrup
Maybe a TBSP of PB
=Heaven
