Hey girls! I am currently using BSN No-Xplode and can you say BLOAT?!

I think it is the magnesium....what do y'all recommend for a good creatine that is pretty good about no bloating??
    Happy Training!

Been there, done that. 15lbs of water weight! Did the same with mono. Check out Green Mag. I have been on it with no bloat whatsoever!

also kre a fem ... it's a pill form made just for women .. i have had absolutely no bloat with it and it works well... the pill makes it more simple to take then the powder as well...
it may look girly but it isn't ... the female version is pink and the male is light purple you do the math
i recommend you try it though

Hubby uses this...although there is creatine added (God knows how much) NO-Xplode is primarily a nitric oxide product (used for enhanced vasodialation). If you want a "true" creatine product, perhaps you should choose something else.

i've been debating about kre-a-fem, green mag or nothing for so long. i can't decide. just not sure about taking creatine. don't want to hijack the thread, but also don't want to start yet another one, but besides bloat, have you experienced anything bad? what exactly is the good? do you really feel it? anyone try both kre-a-fem and green mag (so have a direct comparison)?

    thanks!!

I've been using EAS Phos****en and haven't had any bloating issues. That's one you might consider.
