    Exercises for Lower Biceps

I want the lower biceps that slope up like a mountain, I have achieved decent size biceps but it seems like my lower biceps are slacking. Does anyone know of any exercises or any tips to achieve these.

Not sure you can actually change the "length" of the bicep but doing more Hammer Curls may help, inclined also.

Genetics play a major roll in that, but using full range of motion and not swinging the weight up on all bicep exercises will help with that.

You do not have lower biceps. Your muscles run down your arm lengthwise. You can try to continue getting your biceps bigger and hope that it helps but the way your biceps are built is genetic.

    Yep.

Muscle shapes and lengths are genetic.

You can add mass to make it bigger when contracted and look bigger when the arm is fully extended... but it's not going to make it longer.

You can't really change your tendon legnth (which is from the bottom of the biceps to the radial tuberosity) which is what you would need to do if you wanted to give it more length closer to the elbow.

There is no working out the bottom. Your muscle fibers have a all of nothing responce. Meaning that once the voltage reachs the threshhold of the fiber the whole muscle fiber fires full strength.

Also another misconception is that your muscle cells never grow. It's the "junk" inbetween the cells that actually tear and then grow/heal.

    It's all genetic.

I like this one...I always noticed more bicep strain close to the elbow from preachers (more work/stretch at the bottom)...whether it was tendon, ligament or transitional muscle cells, who cares as long as they got bigger!

Oh, and PS ... bigger forearms!

You need one or more of these: more food, more weight, more reps or more rest.

It looks like you are talking about adding more mass to the bicep muscle below the one closest to the shoulder, but everyone seems to think you intend to make your biceps longer lol. Or maybe i'm wrong. To add more mass to that muscle, you should do wide grip pull-ups, wide grip (double armed) preacher curls, and half bicep curls (starting from arm fully extended and bringing to in to a 90 degree angle). This is the 'bicep brachii long head' muscle.
