    quick snacks to eat on low carb?

    im feeling pretty hungry and im introducing carbs into my diet after a long succesful ketogenic few months.

    just wanted to know what are your guys favorite low carb snacks?

    watch out on the almonds, they still have carbs so don't binge.

    but everything else is more or less legit.

    Make a meat cheese sammich, cheese being your bread
    Omlette wiff cheese.
    Cottage cheese (just read the label and make sure you're getting one with almost no carbs)
    Peanut butter + whey shake
    Ground beefffs
    Any meat

    it's probably the tastiest diet that works, which keeps your muscle mass up, and energy through the roof (after your two weeks of no carb hell ofcourse)..

    yeah, you guys are leaning towards the high fat snacks i used to be on with keto, now im more high protein low carb low fat...with low carb i mean....a little bit of carbs, not LOW low no carbs.

    trying to not eat PB....i feel like a fatty after eating it....and have always made a rule with myself to not have all 3 food elements of fat/pro/carbs in one meal...just pro and fat or pro and carbs per meal....PB is a mixture of all 3 and if eaten to much is bad for me.
