currently bulking up, and have found it hard for me to get past 175.
pediasure has 240 cals per 137 ml compared to milk that has 130 cals per 140 ml.
can i just take pediasure?

anyone who says its hard to get all their calories in for the day are nuts...
i could put down 3000 in one meal.. probably more haha

People are saying don't use pediasure because it is so expensive. There are much easier ways to add calories that wouldn't cost you a crapload of money. That stuff is basically just added sugar and vitamins. You could add a lot of things, such as peanut butter or other calorie dense foods, to get those calories in. You could even add chocolate syrup to your milk to add the calories. That would basically be equivalent to pediasure and would be a h*** of a lot cheaper.

I dont really get the whole "I cant eat enough" thing either. What the??? Seriously, I had a pretty fast metabolism as a kid but I never had a problem eating. Get your micro nutrients covered with some nice, solid, fresh whole foods....veggies, chicken, potatoes, etc. Then top off the tank with a half gallon of ice cream for crying out loud! Drink a couple glasses of egg nog.....make a lasagna.....whatever.....EAT!
