I am starting BB (BodyBuilding) late in my life (I am 50) and would like to find a good coach. I am in Orange County, CA Fullerton area. I am looking for someone to help me to develop a daily regime for protein, carbs, fat and supplements. I need someone to help me to develop a program for 6-12 month which includes daily workout routines (3-4 times a week), diet and which exercises to do.
I have been doing yoga for 15 years, now looking for increasing my body mass (muscle only if possible). I am vegetarian (by choice not political reasons).
I am 150lb, 5'-11" looking to gain 15-18 lb of muscle in 12 month.
Need help in finding someone close by. May be by phone-mail is also an option?

Hi there Jack,
I am going into business with my friend in February after getting my NASM certification... he has been a personal trainer for a long time now and works at a few gyms, one of which I believe is in Anaheim (or maybe even Fullerton). He has helped a ton of folks in your age group and really knows his stuff. His clients love him. As someone who has been working very intimately with him for a while now I can confidently say he would be a great choice.
His name is Chris and you can email him at christopher@ironfork.com. Let me know if you are interested in contacting him and I will give him the heads up!
