What do you mix tuna with?

I want to try and deviate away from mayo. What other things can be mixed with it that will moisten it up?

I use mayo and garlic cause I'm on Keto. Sometimes Chili flakes too. However, maybe try mixing it with a basic homemade salad dressing. I make mine with 2 parts oil, 1 part vinegar and a little yellow or brown mustard. Add a little salt and pepper to go and you're good. Feel free to mess with the oil/vinegar ratio till it's how ya like it. I recommend adding celery for texture to your Tuna.

I eat it straight from the can, or I mix it with a salad and some low fat dressing, or egg omelet.

Real great mixture that I make almost every day:

Can of tuna
1/4 cup of black beans
1 chopped hardboiled egg
chopped onion and red pepper
equal parts mustard and fat free mayo until desired consistency desired
ground pepper
cayenne (or chili flakes)
dash of ground cumin
lime juice
and finally, either a healthy dose of dillweed or curry powder

Usually stuff the mixture into some red pepper pockets and bake in the oven and use carrot sticks to dip up the remaining mixture.

I used to mix my tuna in ceasar or ranch dressing and make a sandwich or wrap that way.

But evolution happens -> I have bad reactions to canned fish. I can't eat tuna or salmon from a can now without being sick. Fresh no problem however

teriyaki sauce

put it all together and swallow lol

i usually have tuna several ways:

1 can of tuna with:

a.) fresh spinach, hardboiled egg white, some capers, mayo(1 tbsp)

b.) capers, lemon juice, celery, salt/pepper

c.) cajun seasoning, lemon juice, hot sauce.
