weigh in at 197.0 still same as last week but not on keto anymore so thats a good progress, now holding all the water weight i was loosing with no carbs... 40/40/20 diet started last sunday after a nice 4 lb gain from carb up after keto...

Today is my day for weigh in and I lost 2 more pounds 164.0. 155 or less is my goal by april 15.
Why do I do this weightlifting thing for the last 34 years with all its ups and downs life has handed me? Because each time I came back stronger. NEVER GIVE UP. Gym life is about more than muscles getting bigger and weights going up. Its wisdom discipline dedication humility you name it.

Well I met my goal weight-wise of 165 - 170 because that wasn't a stretch to loose over 3.6 pounds in that time frame. But I proved that I could eat close to maintenance and slowly loose weight and that the majority of it would be body fat.
This comes to a loss of 1.36 pounds of lean mass, and a loss of 5.24 pounds of Fat! And A total weight loss number of 6.6 pounds. That is an average of under a pound a week loss. Slow is god for me I guess.Last edited by Todd_A; 02-13-2010 at 06:09 AM.

welll i found the guts to step on the scale and to my suprise im back where i started before i had lost weight, i went down to 68 kgs and now im back up to 82.3 kgs. Sucks.
blame it on the contraception i was takin
anyways i want to get down to 55 whcih mean i have a long road ahead. 27 kgs to be exact
