I know some people split their Bis and Tris into two different training sessions, but like many others, I like training them together on arm day. I also hit them separately on chest and back day. The way I train them is by supersetting every bicep exercise, with a tricep exercise. Though it works pretty well for me, and I get a decent pump, I was wondering how others go into arm day. Do you stick with bis, then move into your tris workout? If so, do you feel as if you lose your pump in the first muscle you exercise? Or if anybody has a method slightly different from these for arm day, please share what works best for you. I'm always looking for a way to improve my routine.
