I have barely any fat, but my abs still aren't visible.
When I pinch my skin, it feels like theres no fat, just a thin layer of skin, then muscle, but my abs aren't visible.
I was told that you didn't need to include a heavy ab workout in your routine to get them visible, just low fat.
Cliffs/tl;dr: How do I get abs if I have an extremely low body fat %? Trying to cut any lower would be rediculous.
If you're going to say "ab exercises" could you please include a few good ones in your post? I don't want to **** myself up (hip flexors? wat) with crunches and sit-ups.
*edit: I don't know if you can see from this ****ty picture, but my ribs basic shape is visible, and you can kind of see the shape of my lower 2 ribs.
Chest isn't as small as it looks, arms are raised, but I am very slim for 160lbs.
