Hey guys, Just wanted your opinions about this product. I have picked up CreaCore by muscle tech and Isopure whey protein, I'm trying to lose some BF% and pack some strength / muscle too. So as per the Directions of use, it says take 1 scoop daily and 2 scoops on lifting days, immediately after your workout. Well the last time I used creatine was years back, this was monohydrate. Obviously there is no loading here with Creapure. I was under the impression that taking a creatine before your workout would be better rather than post workout. I also read a thread where a muscle tech rep says its alright to take 1 scoop pre workout and 1 post workout, but this is not mentioned on the box. Can anyone shed some light about this? Also how do you guys rate this product? Should I take a scoop everyday and 2 on workout days?
