I don't want to go through a boring, already been told sob story of how I was very skinny. Being skinny really was never my main motivation for going to the gym. To be honest, I only went at the beginning because my friends went. But after of about a month of being a lazy noob, I slowly started to LOVE lifting the weights. Now, I have my sites set on being the best built man in the world (srs.)
I know where I'm at now, It's not very impressive, but I know that I will not give up on my goals or dreams. I'll do what it takes to be a champion. Not just a champion, but THE champion. I'm going to take it one day at a time, and never take my eyes off the prize.
This is my dream, this is my road to the Olympia.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Here's what i started at/ what i am currently/ and
By then end of my first year of my first year of training I am gonna hit my goals of;
125lbs/146lbs at 10%/175lbs at 13%
-I workout 6 days a week(usually) and i have been lifting for 5 months now.
-By the end of the week, i plan on fixing my diet for max gains and work in my supplements.
-Final note, i plan to write in my log everyday. Even if it's something small. I'll try to include as much information I can about my training, diet, motavation, goals, supplements, etc...
More to come tomorrow!

Rambling Feedback;
Okay so today i am MUCH happier. I actually had quite a large amount of food last night and was able to follow it up today. Usually my teachers are douchebags and tell me not to eat between classes. They just say, "You don't need that much food." or some stupid sh*t like that. ANYways, my weight is now going back up from the perivous neglect of diet.
Also, it appears my cold is gone. It sure made lifting harder. Before i get comments that i am a f*cking moron for lifting while sick, it wasn't that bad. Just had a sore throat and a stuffed nose. Just it's much easier to breath now.
So my diet is in place again, and i plan to make a solid diet this weekend. Plus i am now taking my creatine mono again. So i can already feel my body getting more fuel and energy for hitting the gym hard!!!
On a final note, tomorrow I am going for a 1RM of 405 on my deadlift at a entirely new gym!!! Since there is no school i get to spend the day eating, training, and hanging out with friends.
Cheers mates!"Success has been, and continues to be, defined as being able to get back up one more time then you've been knocked down."

Yo air, bring ur dads cam tomorrow..Let's get a vid of your dead lift, and vid/pics of other **** to celebrate the good times and remember it. Not a big deal for most, but like gold for us
Ask him now, and if he says yes, put it in ur bag..This would be sick.
With the cam recorded, trust me it gets your adrenalin going. I start shaking and get amped when it's pointed at me for my videos. Helps a lot mentally. It would esp. for 1RM cause it's do or die. All my vids are reps but I don't go to absolute failure because I don't wanna look like an idiot missing the rep after a struggle lol.Last edited by Street_Ryda; 12-17-2009 at 05:24 PM.

It's called having a dream and a goal. Just because I know what i want and that i am gonna do what it takes to make it, doesn't mean you can be a dick. And if you say look at me, so what? Was ronnie a mass gaint when he was born? No.
I'm starting at Point A like everyone else. And if you don't want to aspire to being something great, and you're not willing to put your heart and soul into something, and fight and fight and never give up, then that's you're problem.
Feel free to hate all you want, but at the end of the day i'm still closer to my goal. So where are you at?"Success has been, and continues to be, defined as being able to get back up one more time then you've been knocked down."

Whats so wrong with believing in yourself? What's wrong with shooting for the stars? If you never aim big, how're you gonna make it big?
I mean, that's like expecting to snipe an animal from 1000 feet away without aiming. Not happening.
If you don't believe in him, that's fine. You know where the X is.'viking EAT chains and sh*t chains!' - Svend Karlsen

So this morning i woke up feeling great!!!
I got something like 10 hours of sleep which is unheard of for me.
I spent a good 10-15 minutes hitting some poses in the mirror and checking out my progress. I felt like everything was really coming in, my delt DOMS were gone, my chest seemed fuller, and my triceps were sore as **** but look good.
This morning I had a breakfast of champions!
4 eggs, scrambled w/ milk, salt and pepper(no cheese though)
1 cup of oats /w peanut butter
1 large glass of orange juice w/ creatine mono
1 water bottle
before i hit the gym i want to get in one more meal w/ some big cals in them.
Homemade stew:
-1/2 cup of red kidney beans
-Ground up meat
-1/2 cup black beans
-vegetables
Today at a new gym i am gonna hit some big goals today:
1) 405x1 Deadlift
2) 225x5 Cheated Bent-Over BB Row
3) 205x6 Underhand Bent-Over BB Row
4) 150x5 T-Bar Rows
5) 100x6 One Armed DB Row
6) 70x8 BB Preacher Curl
7) 45x8 Strict Alternate Curl
8) 120x5 Cheat BB Curl
I want to focus today on going heavy and hard with the weights. I want to add some good strength to my back and put some better mass on my biceps. I need to bring out my outer bicep more and make the bicep fuller.
Can't wait for my workout today!!!"Success has been, and continues to be, defined as being able to get back up one more time then you've been knocked down."

Underhanded BO BB Rows: 135x10/155x8/205x5/185x6/155x8*PR*
BB T-Bar Rows: 90x10/135x8/180x6/200x5/180x6

BB Upright Rows: 95x10/105x8/115x5/95x8
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
So I hit Three out of Eight Goals today... F**K. I just got so caught up with my body i forgot what i was aiming for! Thought i need get some nice PR's on the back.... Really to train my biceps better. Probably because when i started working out i didn't want to be called a curl jockey and i neglected my biceps( You know, the opposite of what NORMAL people do). So I am paying for it now, by training harder and focusing more on the muscle when i train them.
Also, my upper pec hurt. Right where the upper pec, front delt, and collar bone meet. I noticed that when i was training traps, so i had to do my sets strict as i could. No complaining, but I don't know if it was some sort of injury, some improper training, or something like that! Gonna take it easy for a while.
*FINAL NOTES*
So after tomorrow i am DEFINENTLY not gonna post everything I do during a workout. There's just too much to remember and focus on, so i'll put down everything that's a PR or a COMPLETED GOAL. Just the important ****, leaves me more room to rant and to talk bout diet and supplementing.
So watch out for tomorrow, i should be posting some videos and possible pics."Success has been, and continues to be, defined as being able to get back up one more time then you've been knocked down."

Aaron, dude im serious. I WANT those videos of us (no homo). I will honestly walk to your house in the freezing cold. Is that ok?
Oh and btw, eat like a fat pig over christmas. I think I'm not even gonna take more of a break than the amount of time the gym is closed for. I really miss military pressing and benching, and want to get back to it ASAP. The gym shouldn't be crowded, that's a plus. You with me or?
p.s, upload those pics from FB when you were like 13 and scrawny as sh*t. Put a before and after and just f*ckin dwarf itLast edited by Street_Ryda; 12-18-2009 at 10:00 PM.

I planned on going cept for the days the gymed are closed. So next week I get one full body workout in the three days. Then I get a 5 days rest.... which is kinda unheard for me
7 workouts left in 13 days to get to 150lbs... Should be a piece of cake!
BTW, who's Long Troung cause when i see that guy i am gonna kick his ass."Success has been, and continues to be, defined as being able to get back up one more time then you've been knocked down."
