bodycraft f320 bench/instruction flaw?

has anyone put this bench together recently? looks like the design has been altered a little since they printed the assembly instructions. instruction number (3) where the front upright attaches to the seat support, the instructions show bolt going horizontally to attach it, but the actual bench has no such holes but rather bolt holes going vertically (those holes not shown in pic or description) towards the floor to make that attachment.... i think i have it figured out but want to make sure, can anyone confirm this? thanks.

Yes thats how they are now. Bodycraft hasn't updated the instructions but yea that's how they're supposed to go.
