How's the bulk looking? I'm pretty impressed that I was able to put on so much weight without gaining much fat at all. I plan on continuing my bulk until I hit about 190-195.. then cutting back down to 175 once I've put that last bit of mass on.

Bench 145 max... 185 max..
Squats 105 max 225 max
That's really all I did before. I now, do all machines and muscle groups but I used to be really one sided when I started out.

Nice progress, I would just focus on the big compounds for now, maybe more like what you used to do. Bench, squats, deadlifts, rows, press... I just have an aversion to machines as the strength they build does not really use the whole body at once and is not that functional (does not transfer well to real life tasks). Anyway keep up the good work!
