    Is my cutting diet okay?

Is this diet okay for cutting?

In the first week I plan to weigh myself and see how many calories I need then create a 500 cal deficit to see if I begin to lose 1-2 lbs a week.

Any help and guidance is greatly appreciated.

As far as I know I am allergic to shellfish and was told to stay away from fish as well.

Thank you for the help. I will post back with that.

Is it okay to post my cal intake needed to sustain weight?

I was going to use dailyburn to keep track of my cal intake.
